How To Open Notebook Files On Windows 10

How do I brand a NEW document. I practise not want the old documents.  I want to find Word and make a NEW certificate. I cannot find annihilation on Windows 10.  Terrible to hide everything and so many clicks away

I knew windows vii...no problem... I have no thought what or how to open a certificate other than typing in "document" in the lower left circle icon.  Well that is 8 strokes more than windows 7.  I don't sympathize any of the other ways.  There has got to be a style just to use the mouse to open up documents.

I can open up an old certificate created with Function 365 Home. But the print is so small on the actual  document I cant read it to edit it.  I at present have Office 365 Personal

Since renewing my subscription to 365 I am unable to open any excel docs.  Very annoying.  Whatever help with this very much appreciated.

my effect is on creating a PDF in start in windows 10. no data was shown on that or where else to go. tin can a pdf be created in get-go is the basic question
